Mesoestetic Mesopeels

Level I

Each Mesopeel offers a range of intensities and may be layered with other Mesopeels for enhanced results.

Lactic Acid contains the largest molecular size of the 3 available AHA’s. Its large size allows it to slowly and gently absorb into the skin to renew aged skins and restore hydration.

Mandelic Acid is known as an AHA that ‘acts like’ a BHA. While being able to lift sun damage and stimulate collagen production, it’s also able to reduce oil flow and reduce pore size.

Glycolic Acid has the smallest molecular size of any AHA which allows it to penetrate the skin the quickest. By absorbing quickly into the skin, it results in the greatest amount of shedding which make it the preferred Skin Peel option for aged and sun damaged skins.

Salicylic Acid has oil soluble molecules which allow them to easily pass through the lipid barrier of the skin and decongest clogged pores for clearer and blemish free skin. Its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties also help to soothe inflamed acne skins and help prevent future breakouts.

Jessner Peel is a combination of Lactic, Citric and Salicylic Acids that work together for more radiant and younger looking skin. By combining AHA’s and a BHA Skin Peel together skin tone becomes more even, sun damage can be lifted and helps to control adult acne. Expect some downtime after this peel as a few days of shedding can occur.

What are Alphaydroxy Acids (AHA's)?

The preferred peel option for sun damaged, dry and aged skins, Alpha-Hydroxy Acids (AHA’s) exfoliate dead surface skin cells and restore hydration to the skin.

Dermaceutic post-peel treatment care instructions.

In order to maintain skin comfort and control residual inflammation from the peel treatment, it is important
that you follow the below post peel treatment homecare protocol for up to 7 days (time will vary
depending on the intensity of the peel administered).

You may recommence your normal daily skin regime 7 days post peel treatment, unless specified otherwise by your Specialist.

The need to use a broad physical spectrum SPF product cannot be overemphasised. Failure to use an SPF product for at least 7 days following the peel treatment could result in a significant sunburn and
may compromise the overall result achieved.
