Bookings

Please note, when you make a booking with The Skin Boutique our procedure regarding your appointment time. We will attempt to send you an SMS reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment time. We cannot guarantee you will receive this message as this service is provided through a 3rd party entity. This service is dependent on whether their gateway is operational as well as you are able to receive these messages.

If we do not hear back from you, we will attempt to call the phone number on file to confirm the appointment. This reminder will be attempted 24 hours before your appointment. If we still do not hear back from you, we may allocate your time to another client on our wait-list. If your time is accepted by another client, you will not be charged.

To ensure you are not charged for your booking, we ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment for most services, and 48 hours for Cosmetic Injectables and VISIA Skin Analysis appointments.

In the event of non-attendance or lack of notice before your appointment, we will deduct the full value of your treatment. Please note, reminders are only provided as a courtesy and should not be solely relied upon.

Payments

The Skin Boutique accepts Cash, Debit Cards, Visa, MasterCard and zipPay. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.

zipPay is not an available payment option for Cosmetic Injectables.

If you will be paying with zipPay, it is recommended to have your account approved with zipPay prior to your appointment. You may apply by following this link, theskinboutique.com.au/zippay

Please note, zipPay is a 3rd party entity similar to Visa or Mastercard. Thus, eligibility, repayments or questions regarding your account must be directed through zipPay customer service. We do not have access to, nor can we assist or act on your behalf for this service.

Refunds

Please be certain that what you are purchasing is what you desire as The Skin Boutique does not offer refunds for change of mind. Please refer to the Victoria Consumer Affairs website below for more information visit:

We are unable to offer refunds because you are moving, or your situation has changed. We will offer you other options in these instances.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please bring it to the attention of your clinic’s management immediately.

Please note, that The Skin Boutique does not promise, guaranteed results, and as such does not extend refunds on services received. Treatment results are disclosed on this website and are confirmed in writing during your consultation. Your treatment outcome is dependent upon many external factors outside of our control which is why we are unable to guarantee individual results or the number of treatments required.
